It is a new generation of boundary-scan analyzer and designs based on the IEEE 1149.x series standard for high-density PCBA mass production and rapid testing.

• K1149 provides powerful assistance for PCBA engineers in structural testing. It not only can perform in-system programming on various programmable logic devices (such as: FPGA, CPLD, EEPROM, etc.), but also perform memory verification testing on various RAMs.

• Based on the IEEE 1149.1/6 standard, K1149 can test all areas of the PCBA that contain boundary-scan devices. Using the matching Dummy card, Test coverage can also be extended to connectors/sockets and non-boundary scan devices. It can support up to 32 scan chains. The K1149 Boundary-Scan Analyzer also supports the IEEE 1687 standard by adding built-in expansion modules.

Based on the miniaturization design of K1149, it can be easily integrated with various Fix&Jig to form an integrated test system.

With a variety of original Dummy cards, K1149 can easily and quickly complete the structural test of the PCBA (open circuit/short circuit test).

The advanced Web-UI design makes it unnecessary to install special software on the workstation PC, and the system reliability is greatly improved.
